SMS/Text Messaging Terms
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS/text messaging program.
Program Description
When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages from Viva Home including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and notifications
- Promotional offers and special discounts
- Follow-up messages regarding your bathroom remodeling services
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your service needs. You may receive approximately 4-8 messages per month, though this may vary.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (941) 866-3730 or reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, you will receive one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
We also accept the following opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or any other reasonable opt-out request.
